How do I download my venue illustration files?

After purchase, you'll receive an instant download link via email containing a PDF with your secure Dropbox link. Click the link to access all five file formats (AI, SVG, EPS, PNG, PDF) immediately. No waiting, no shipping — start creating right away.

Can I change the colours of the illustration?

Yes! The AI, SVG and EPS files are fully editable vector formats. You can change colours, resize infinitely without losing quality, and customise the illustration to match your wedding colour palette. The SVG file also works in Canva for easy DIY editing.

What software do I need to use these files?

For full editing capabilities, Adobe Illustrator is recommended for AI files. The SVG file works with Canva (free), Inkscape (free), or any vector editing software. The PNG file (300 DPI, transparent background) can be used in any program including Canva, Microsoft Word, or sent directly to your printer.

Can I use this illustration for commercial purposes?

The Standard Licence (£90) covers personal use for your own wedding stationery. If you're a stationery designer, wedding planner, or business wanting to use the illustration for client projects or products for resale, you'll need the Extended Commercial Licence (£150).

What if my wedding venue isn't listed?

We can create a custom venue illustration just for you! Whether you're getting married at an Italian villa, French château, English manor house, or anywhere in the world, we offer bespoke illustration commissions. Contact us to discuss your venue.

Are refunds available for digital downloads?

Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available once files have been downloaded. Please review the product images and description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.
