Our short enquiry form covers your wedding date, venue, guest numbers, the services you are interested in and your initial plans. It takes around two minutes to complete.
We Review Your Enquiry
We review your wedding details, the service you are interested in and our availability. If your enquiry is a good fit for our bespoke service, we will invite you to complete our detailed discovery questionnaire before we prepare a considered proposal.
Discovery & Proposal
For bespoke commissions, the next stage is our detailed discovery questionnaire. Once we have reviewed your answers, we prepare a considered proposal with the recommended design direction, suite components and investment, followed by a call if needed to talk everything through.

We work with couples and wedding planners across Italy, France, the United Kingdom, the wider Mediterranean, the Middle East and the United States. How do I start a wedding stationery enquiry?
For a bespoke commission, begin with our short wedding enquiry form and tell us your date, venue and initial plans. We review every enquiry personally before inviting suitable couples to complete our detailed discovery questionnaire. For semi-custom collections or on the day stationery, use the relevant enquiry option above.
How quickly will I hear back?
We review every enquiry personally and will come back to you with availability and the most suitable next step. For bespoke commissions, a detailed proposal is prepared only after we have reviewed your discovery questionnaire.
Can I book a call before I enquire?
We ask couples to begin with the relevant enquiry form so we can understand the wedding, venue and service required before arranging a call. For bespoke commissions, we will invite suitable enquiries to complete our detailed discovery questionnaire before preparing a proposal and arranging a call if needed.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Regularly, and across Europe and the Middle East. Planners are welcome to submit an enquiry on behalf of their couple, and we are happy to work directly with your wider creative team on palettes, timings and delivery to the venue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide and with full tracking. We have shipped to weddings in Italy, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, the United Arab Emirates and across the United States. Shipping is included in the prices quoted above.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
Nine to twelve months before your wedding for bespoke, six months for semi custom, and four months for on the day stationery. If your date is sooner than that, still enquire. We hold space in the calendar for shorter timelines where we can.
