Wedding Branding
Custom Wedding Signage
Custom wedding signage that carries your story into the room, from the welcome sign to the dance floor.
The Room Tells Your Story
What Is Custom Wedding Signage?
Custom wedding signage brings your wedding design into the wider space. It includes pieces such as your welcome sign, seating plan, bar signage, dance floor and stage panels — the larger-scale elements your guests encounter as they move through the celebration.
We create bespoke wedding signage from the same visual identity as your bespoke wedding invitations and stationery. Your monogram, patterns, colours and typography are carried into larger formats, so every element feels connected and the room becomes part of the same story.
Wedding signage is different from on the day stationery. On the day stationery includes the smaller printed and tactile details your guests interact with throughout the celebration, from ceremony booklets and menus to place cards, table numbers, napkins, matchboxes and other personal pieces. Signage works at a larger scale within the venue, helping shape the space and guide guests from arrival through to the seating plan, bar, dance floor and stage.
For destination weddings and multi-day celebrations, the signage can also respond to the venue itself, incorporating architectural details, illustration, colour and motifs drawn from the setting as part of a wider wedding branding scheme.
Story One · The Ned, London
Custom Wedding Signage at The Ned

Rachel and Sam wanted the feeling of an elegant English countryside wedding in the heart of the City. Their venue was The Ned, a grand former banking hall lined with soaring columns and rich architectural detail.
We brought that countryside atmosphere inside through a green toile filled with pastoral scenes, then carried the design into the room at full scale. The bespoke wedding signage included a toile-wrapped bar front and a patterned dance floor, finished with their gold monogram at the centre.
Every element followed the same visual story, from the welcome sign on its easel to the bar menu featuring his, hers and theirs cocktails. Together, the signage transformed the space and gave the celebration the feeling of an English garden within the heart of London.

The tree of life grew into the pattern
Elaine and Ross wanted their guests to feel immersed in the culture and traditions of a Cypriot wedding. They married in a historic square beside the chapel at Anassa, where nature and symbolism sat at the heart of the celebration.
The design began with the tree of life, a deeply symbolic image in Greek Cypriot culture. It first appeared on their RSVP card, then became a recurring motif throughout the wedding. We letterpress printed it onto the escort cards and embroidered it onto the napkins.
From that motif, we developed a bespoke pattern of ferns and foliage and carried it across the celebration at scale. It appeared on the tablecloths, along the aisle and across the dance floor, creating a continuous visual language throughout the space.
At the escort card wall, a Greek welcome greeted every guest, completing a custom wedding signage scheme that felt rooted in the setting, culture and story of the day.

Story Three · Euridge Manor, Cotswolds
Custom Wedding Signage at Euridge Manor

The statue appeared on every sign
Kim and Michael celebrated across three days at Euridge Manor, a Cotswold estate of stone balustrades, roses and clipped topiary. Their wedding theme was Satyr and Nymph, with a mood that felt magical, romantic and slightly mythical.
The story began with an antique photograph of a satyr and nymph statue, one of the earliest inspiration images for the wedding. That figure became the central motif, set against the untamed English countryside with Rococo scrollwork and a soft watercolour palette.
We carried the motif through the custom wedding signage. The statue appeared on the welcome sign, then crowned a seating plan layered over a classical painting. At the escort card display, each guest found an antique key bearing the same motif.
Together, the signage transformed the garden into something more theatrical and immersive, as though guests had stepped into a scene from a myth.

Custom Wedding Signage Questions
What does custom wedding signage include?
Custom wedding signage can include welcome signs, seating plans and escort displays, bar fronts and bar menus, dance floors and aisles, stage panels and backdrops, directional signage and order-of-the-day boards. Every piece is designed to form part of the wider visual identity of the wedding.
Can you design our signage if you did not design our invitations?
We do not take on signage-only commissions. Custom wedding signage is created as part of a wider stationery or wedding branding commission, allowing us to carry the same visual identity through from the invitations to the celebration itself.
How far in advance should we book wedding signage?
We recommend beginning the design process at least six months before the wedding. Lead times vary depending on the number, scale and complexity of the pieces required, particularly for destination weddings and celebrations involving large-format production.
Do you design signage for destination weddings?
Yes. We create bespoke wedding signage for destination weddings and celebrations internationally, working closely with couples and wedding planners to design pieces for the venue and coordinate production and delivery.
Do you install the signage on the wedding day?
We do not install signage on site. We work closely with your wedding planner or event production team, providing correctly scaled print-ready artwork and clear specifications so every piece is produced and set up as intended.
Can the signage reflect our wedding venue?
Yes. The venue often becomes part of the design itself. We can draw from its architecture, colours, landscape, history and decorative details so the signage feels as though it belongs naturally within the setting.
What materials can wedding signage be made from?
Depending on the design and venue, signage can be created in fabric, card and freestanding formats. Materials and finishes are chosen to suit the individual piece, the setting and the wider visual identity of the wedding.
How much does custom wedding signage cost?
Every wedding signage commission is bespoke, so pricing depends on the number of pieces, their scale, materials, production requirements and the amount of original design involved. Send us a short enquiry first and, if the project feels like a good fit, we will guide you through the next steps before preparing a proposal outlining the scope and cost.
