Rachel & Matt chose the idyllic French chateau setting for their wedding at beautiful Château de la Bourlie. They chose an elegant rustic theme for their bespoke invitation design with handmade paper, botanical sketches on vellum, letterpress printing with a neutral colour palette. We added intricate embellishments that included an embossed floral on the envelopes, loose script calligraphy, wax seals with dried grass and fine twine.

Every couple will have different invitation needs so that’s why we provide a quote for bespoke designs instead of set prices. Once we have received your completed enquiry form, we will put together a quote and initial design proposal and send it by email. On average, our couples invest £3500+ for a bespoke invitation design.
We will email a proposal and mood board based on the details in your enquiry form. This will also include prices and design ideas with descriptions. Once you’ve reviewed everything we’ll arrange a call to talk about the finer details and answer any questions. Once you’re happy with everything we’ll send you a contract and the deposit invoice.
We’ll set you up on our client management system where you’ll have access to your own dedicated area for everything to do with your order. We’ll sketch the design and once approved we’ll create realistic digital proofs for you to review. Changes can be made to refine and perfect the design before you give your final approval.
Printing of all your invitation suite will begin and we’ll also add all embellishments such as calligraphy, wax seals, ribbon, etc. We’ll be sure to send you progress pictures along the way so you can be part of the creative process as much as possible. Then we’ll package them up carefully and ship to wherever you are in the world!
