Bespoke Event Stationery
Designed For Every Part Of The Celebration
We create luxury event stationery for private celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, destination events, dinners and multiday gatherings. Each commission is designed around the setting, atmosphere and visual identity of the occasion, whether we are developing a new creative direction from the beginning or joining an existing team.
Our work can extend from the first guest communication through to the final details on the table, allowing the stationery and event graphics to feel considered across the entire celebration.

A Multiday Celebration In St Barts
Michelle & Robert’s 50th Birthday
Michelle and Robert’s 50th birthday unfolded across several days in St Barts, with guests based at Eden Rock and a wider itinerary of dinners and celebrations across the island.
The four events featured here, the Welcome Party, White Dinner, Pool Party and Denim & Diamonds, were held at Eden Rock, with additional celebrations at Le Petit Plage, Le Cafe and Nikki Beach.
Working from the celebration’s existing monogram and selected illustration assets, we developed the complete day of stationery collection across the weekend, creating new artwork and detailed print ready files for each event within a very short timeframe, in collaboration with Encore Lifestyle.
Welcome Party · Eden Rock, St Barts
A Tropical Welcome
The Welcome Party introduced guests to the weekend with a tropical direction of deep green foliage, illustrated cocktails and bold botanical forms. Die cut monstera menus, personalised pieces and illustrated drinks menus were designed to sit naturally within the poolside setting.

White Dinner · Eden Rock, St Barts
An All White Evening
For the White Dinner, the stationery became softer and more sculptural. Shell shaped menus, personalised in gold, were designed to sit within the candlelit all white tablescape and give each place setting its own distinctive detail.

The Pool Party introduced a bolder red and white direction, carried through illustrated menus, cocktail pieces, guest stationery and branded details created for the relaxed poolside setting.

The final celebration moved into a completely different visual world of denim blue, silver, rhinestones and mirrored details. The stationery and personalised guest pieces were designed to sit naturally within the western meets disco styling while remaining polished and considered.
