One Wedding, One Design
What Is A Bespoke Wedding Website?
Most guests will open your wedding website on their phone, often within minutes of receiving the invitation. It is the first place they go for the practical details, but it should still feel like part of the wedding rather than a noticeboard.
We design each wedding website around the same visual identity as the stationery. The monogram, pattern, colours and typography your guests first saw on paper appear again on screen, so the website feels like a continuation of the same story rather than something separate.
Rachel and Sam married at The Ned in London. Their gold monogram sits within a green shield on the opening screen, above their names in calligraphy, while the same toile pattern runs through the website as guests scroll.
Everything they need is there: the date, venues, travel and accommodation information, the order of the day, gift details and an online RSVP.
Everything Your Guests Need
What Your Wedding Website Includes
Your Pages
Your story, your venues, travel and accommodation, the order of the day, a dress code, gift wishes and anything else your guests need.
Your Own Domain
Your website can run on your own address, such as rachelandsam.com. The domain itself is not included, though we can help you obtain one.
Online RSVP
Guests reply through a form designed as part of your website. Each reply reaches you by email and lands in a private Google Sheet you can download at any time.
Private To Your Guests
We keep your website hidden from search engines, so only guests with the link can find it. Your guest details are removed once your wedding has passed.
Designed For Every Screen
We design the phone version with the same care as the desktop one, because most guests will open your website on a phone.
Live For One Year
Your website stays online for a year from launch. Three rounds of revisions are included during the design stage, plus four content updates across the year.

From Enquiry To Launch
How Your Wedding Website Is Made
Most websites take four to six weeks from approval to launch, with proofs to approve at every stage.
Tell Us About Your Wedding
Send us a short enquiry with your date, your venues and the style you have in mind. If the project feels like a good fit, we will send our detailed Discovery Questionnaire before preparing your proposal.
We Review Your Enquiry
We review your enquiry first. If the project feels like a good fit, we will guide you through the next steps before preparing a considered proposal with the full scope and price.
We Design Your Website
We draw your website around your wedding identity, and you approve every screen.
Your Guests Receive It
We launch on your own address and send you the link to share, with your RSVPs arriving from the moment it goes live.
Why Bespoke
A Bespoke Website Or A Template
Template platforms such as The Knot, Zola and Squarespace suit many couples, and they are quick to set up. A bespoke website does something different, and the table below shows where the two part company.
A Template Platform
A Babooche Website
The Design
Chosen from a set of templates, with your names and colours dropped in.
Drawn from scratch around your own monogram, crest and pattern, so no other wedding looks like it.
Your Artwork
Stock motifs and standard typefaces.
Your own hand drawn crest, illustrations and calligraphy, the same artwork as your stationery.
The Address
Usually a shared address, such as yourplatform.com/sarahandtom.
Your own domain, such as sarahandtom.com.
Advertising
Many free platforms show gift registry offers and their own branding to your guests.
Nothing but your wedding. No advertising and no third party branding.
Your Guest Data
Held on a platform you do not control, often used for marketing.
Held in a private Google Sheet only you and the studio can open, and removed once your wedding has passed.
Making Changes
You log in and edit it yourself.
We make the changes for you, so the design stays exactly as it was drawn.
Before We Begin
What We Need From You
Once your proposal is approved, we send a short checklist covering everything below. Nothing needs to be final at that stage, and we can start with what you have.
Your Wording
Your names, your date, your venues, travel and accommodation notes, the order of the day and your gift wishes. A rough draft is fine, and we edit it with you.
Your Photographs
Any engagement or portrait photographs you would like us to use. We can also design the website without photographs, using illustration alone.
Your Venue Details
Addresses, timings and parking or transport notes for each location, so your guests can plan their journey.
Your Guest List
Only if you would like the RSVP form to recognise names. Otherwise guests simply type their own details.
Your Domain
Your chosen web address, if you have one. If not, we can help you obtain it, or launch on a Babooche address instead.
Your Timings
When you would like the website live, and when your save the dates or invitations go out, so we can work back from that date.
